FAQs
What are the upfront costs?
Whether you are renting or purchasing your system, we charge a £295 upfront set up fee. This covers the cost of software and menu set up, delivery, installation and training.
Do you charge for customer support?
If you choose to rent your system then technical support and any necessary service calls will be included in your monthly fee.
If you purchase your system, you will have to pay an extra monthly fee for customer support.
Do you charge commission fees for your online ordering apps?
We don’t charge commission for any online orders.
Will my card processor be compatible with your EPOS system?
We work with a range of payment partners, both integrated and standalone so it’s likely yours will be compatible. We can talk you through your options and help you decide what’s best for you.
