Our Support help-desk is available for our Customers from 8.00am to Midnight, 365 days a year. We aim to resolve the majority of queries quickly and efficiently over the telephone.
For non-urgent support requests we will respond to all email queries within 24 hours during office hours. We track support requests through our support ticketing system to ensure we maintain consistent levels of service
For any problem that cannot be resolved via the telephone, our support team can access your system remotely to get you up and running again immediately.
Our field service engineers are on call seven days a week to attend your site and either fix or replace any faulty hardware component to ensure you’re always operational.
