Established in 2004 and now headed by father & son Hugh & James Lipscombe, they operate 40 branded fish & chips shops under the brands fishnchickn, Churchills and Bankers across the south & south east of the UK, serving over 3 million meals per year!
The Chesterford Group approached Gardiff EPOS to be their EPOS solutions provider and came with a a comprehensive list of requirements. These included:

Integration with their current bespoke stock system
With this challenging set of requirements, Gardiff EPOS rose to the occasion and delivered a bespoke EPOS solution for the Chesterford Group. The key aspects being built in flexibility to allow them to 'bolt-on' third party applications that link seamlessly to the front end EPOS tills. This meant they could provide services such as online ordering and a 'click & collect' option for their customers.
