McDermott’s Fish & Chips a busy, family run Fish & Chip restaurant chose Gardiff EPOS as their preferred EPOS system provider. Sean McDermott explains why:
“We sell 3,000 meals per week and are – without question – London’s busiest fish and chip shop” says Sean. “The restaurant is modern and fully licensed and serves 300 meals between 5-9pm on a typical Friday”
“We had never had EPOS before, but as part of our ongoing process of modernisation we felt that the time had come to introduce it with a view to improving the customer’s experience and making the whole transaction process simpler and more manageable for us. “To help even further we have a specially created kitchen video with a bump bar attached that displays the orders in sequence allowing the server to check their order before handing it to the customer”
“Lastly, I would point out that the hardware is only part of the package. We have also been very pleased with the support we have had from Gardiff EPOS post installation. Like any new installation, there were a few minor teething problems but these have been resolved quickly and successfully”
